Accessibility Help and Support

This page accompanies our Accessibility Statement, which sets out our conformance status, audit results, and remediation plan.

This page helps you use the Eforequity website with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and browser zoom features. If you face any difficulty, our team is here to help.

For our full Accessibility Statement, including audit results, known issues, and remediation timelines, please visit the Accessibility Statement page.

1. Keyboard Navigation

Most major functions on the Eforequity website can be accessed using a keyboard alone, without a mouse.

Action Keyboard Shortcut
Move to the next interactive element (link, button, form field) Tab
Move to the previous interactive element Shift + Tab
Activate a button or link Enter or Space
Navigate through menus, dropdowns, and directional controls Arrow Keys
Close a dialog box, popup, or overlay Esc
Jump to the main content (if skip link is available) Tab once from the top of the page

A visible outline or highlight appears around the currently focused element as you navigate by keyboard.

Please Note: We are currently fixing keyboard navigation issues identified in our April 2026 accessibility audit, including focus order problems and inaccessible dropdown menus. These fixes are targeted for completion by July 31, 2026.

2. Browser Zoom and Text Scaling

You can make content larger or smaller using your browser's built-in zoom. The website is designed to support zoom without losing content or breaking the layout.

Action Windows / Linux macOS

Reset to default Ctrl + 0 Command + 0

You can also change your browser's default text size in your browser settings, look for Appearance or Fonts and Encoding in your browser preferences.
